The Black-Scholes, Binomial and volatility models in the Option Tracker™ comply with FAS 123R and SEC valuation and reporting standards. • The option and volatility models within the software have been extensively used for over 10 years by FASB, Big 4 accounting firms, valuation consultants and many corporations. • Option Tracker™ has been designed to be useful to a wide range of corporate managers, from the HR Manager and Stock Option Administrator to the CFO, Treasurer and Controller. © Montgomery Investment Technology, Inc.
