The Product – Recruitment On Demand At the Euro Group we have taken our knowledge over the years and created a methodology aimed at providing a recruitment process which minimises effort and time in providing a client a tailored recruitment solution. By looking at current PSL and Managed Agency agreements from a company and client perspective we have found that 90% of clients would rather have a custom built solution which they can see the ROI. The solution is flexible enough to suit your needs rather than a solution aimed at what the recruitment agency wants! As your operation grows, so can your solution. As each solution is monitored on a “Real-Time” basis, if your group see a flux in recruitment, additional resources can be added to the same process without compromising quality or time!. If you have a specific client process, the TEG solution is also flexible enough to add new modules and processes to make the complete process reciprocal. Interviewing TEG induct every successful applicant to Client ethos including company history, way of working and project specific environments. This is done to aid Client recruitment process. Pricing Recruitment Solution* Retainer - €5000.00 EUR Payable Upfront Monthly Fee - €5000.00 EUR per department PSL Recruitment** Recruitment - Minimum 20% fee for all permanent recruitment Ad-hoc % fee for all contract recruitment *Recruitment Solution – regardless of modules taken or added throughout the process, this fee is non-negotiable and fixed throughout the agreed contract term. **PSL Recruitment – Once an agreement is confirmed, these fees apply to all PSL and Euro Group recruitment.
