  4. Employee Care Program • ECP representatives attend mass safety meetings • Available/on-call 24/7/365 days • Goes beyond traditional EAP programs • Employees who feel better work safer

  5. Services Provided • Assistance for all employees (including immediate family members) • Worksite visits • Hospital visits • Officiate at weddings/premarital planning • Conduct funerals and/or provide grieving support • Provide self improvement materials

Chaplain Team Julio Gonzales Widower/ two children Hometown, Humble, TX Education: Bachelor of Theology, Master of Arts in Theological Studies and Dr of Christian Counseling, School of Leadership Development of Singapore.   Work Experience: High School teacher in South America 1985-1988, College Teacher 1987-1990 Director of Leadership Development for Latin America with Awana Clubs International in Venezuela 1991-1999, Director for Mexico and Central America 1999-2003, Director for Spanish development for US 2003-2005, Pastor of PrimeraIglesia Bautista, Deer Park Texas 2006 to present, Market Place Chaplain April 2006- to the present. Radio program producer on Mondays from 11am-12pm on KHCB Certified by: America Association of Christian Counselors Board Certified Counselor Marriage enrichment certified Counselor Pastoral Care Specialist

Chaplain Team Sharon Caronado Born in LA and raised in Guatemala City BA and Computer Science degree Christian Family Counselor Certification 12 years, worked as the Executive Secretary for the CEO of an export company and the Human Resources Director in an Engineering Firm.   Married 18 years w/ three children Enjoys her current occupation so much that she calls it a “hobby”.
