  1. Syllabus In this term we will read fiction. Fiction is either short stories, novellas, or novels. Fiction is unreal. It’s all made up by an author.

  2. Reader BookShort Stories • Charles • Antaeus • Aunty Misery

  3. Writing • As we’re taking fiction in the reader book we can practice writing it as well so we’ll practice story writing.

  4. Grammar We’ll take chapter 14 in the workshop book

  5. Our Schedule • Sundays and Mondays are either for Reader Book or Work Shop Book. • Tuesdays will be for listening and dictation. • Wednesdays are for Writing. • Thursdays are for either Reader Book or Workshop Book and for working on the projects. • You’ll take a comprehension text to do every week.

  6. You need a notebook on which you have two sections Grammar and Literature You need a folder to keep your papers in. Note: any thrown paper into the class room or even anywhere else out of your folder will cause loss of marks so be careful!

  8. Workshop Book We’ll take chapter 10
