PREPARATION * 2 Types of Objectives are *Learning - Student learn, understand or Comprehend. *Performance - Student able to accomplish physically Additional Objectives: Be achievable in the presentation time given Be Measurable by Evaluation form Clear statement redarding process, operation,time & conditions

  5. PREPARATION • Updated Lesson Plan depend on the accurate current material and how it is presented • Follow logical sequence:- • Opening or introduction • Objectives • Body [technical information/message] • Closing or conclusion

PREPARATION • AUDIO & VISUAL AIDS Powerpoint:- Background and Font Color, Background picture, Font size, Animation, Sound, Information content per slide, Graphics, Slide transition, Video, Unexpected pop-ups, Electronics save, and Common keyboard control in slide show. Video Overhead Whiteboard & Flip chart

  7. PRESENTATION Use lecture Format Communication technique, Presentation components, Glitches, Dealing with Fear & Nervousness, Handling Q & A, Audience Participation and Handling Problem Students

  8. PRESENTATION • Communication Techniques: Dress appropriately Stand tall Used appropriate gestures Used hand to enhance presentation Good eye contact Smile genuinely Call student name Used brief pauses Using tactful, light humor Voice level Face student Mannerisms will be viewed critically
