Master Development Plans (MDPs) • MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN (MDP) • Baseline starting document • Template for Individual Development Plan (IDP) • Individualized for each intern in coordination with needs of command. • MDPs can be found on the NADP Website.   14. COMPETENCIES • Skills, Knowledge, Experience • Assigned by local command • Annotate on Multi-Page IDP

  15. Rotational Assignments • Vary by career field • Op Guide for details • Minimum 30 days • NTE 90 days* • Back-to-back rotations (same location) • OCONUS (rare) • Requests – 60 days in advance • *Where 2 external rotations are required – 1 shall NE 90 days and 1 shall NE 59 days

  16. SENIOR PROJECT • Required for LOG & FE • Completion of a senior project in other career fields may be required for graduation from the NADP by the command. • Submit outline or add date to IDP Summary.

Senior Project • Required for LOG & FE • Completed in final year of program • Topic approved by CFM • Examples on NADP Website • Completion of a senior project in other career fields may be required for graduation from the NADP by the command • Add completion date of Senior Project to IDP Summary

  18. DAWIA Training • Must be Level I Certified by first promotion or by end of first year • Must be Level II Certified to graduate (With exception of BUS-CE/BUS-FM Career Fields) • Requirements for each career field: http://icatalog.dau.mil/

Formal Training • AILD (Acquisition Intern Leadership Development) • Technical Courses • Professional Development Conferences and Program Reviews (if applicable) • To Request Funding: • SF-182 (cost of course only) • Course description & tuition fees • Submit requests at least 60 days in advance!
