BİYOSİDAL ÜRÜN UYGULAYICI EĞİTİMİ SÜREKLİ EĞİTİM MERKEZİ *Sağlık Bakanlığı tarafından SERTİFİKA verilecek . *Ücretsiz ders materyali temin edilecek. *En azilkokul mezunu olmak. *Kayıtlar 02 – 16 Nisan 2013 tarihleri arasında kabul edilecektir. *Eğitim Ücreti: 250 (İKİ YÜZ ELLİ) TL “Biyosidal kursu ücreti” adıyla TLZiraat Bankası Diyarbakır ŞubesiTR 73 0001 0000 9163 3429 2750 01nolu hesabına yatırılacaktır. *Kursun adı dekonta yazılmak zorundadır. *Bankaya ücret yatırıldıktan sonra Kayıt Formu doldurulup dusem@dicle .edu.tr adresine gönderilecek.
