  • Presenter

    • Windows 98 or later

    • MS Powerpoint 2000 or 2002

    • IE 4.0 or better

    • Fast processor – Pentium III, 700MHz +

    • Video camera (USB) or video card w/others

    • Microphone – wireless is better

    • Microsoft Windows Media Player

    • Internet Explorer 4.0 or better

    • Computer with Sound Card

  • Open Ppt with pre-made slides

  • Go To Slide Show Online Broadcast Set Up and Schedule

  • Click “Set Up & schedule new broadcast”

  • Fill in description, speaker, etc

  • Click on “Broadcast Settings”

Click on “Send Audio” and/or “Send Video”

Click on “Record Show and save here” (leave blank to be able to move subdirectory)

Click on “Schedule Broadcast”

Fill In To: (if sending over intranet)

Start Time

End Time

“Online Broadcast”

“Begin Broadcast”

When finished, class will be on server or local machine and can be copied to CD

Size: 1 MB per minute using 56K encoding
