Please note that public comments are limited to five (5) minutes per speaker.

  10. Ordinance • Ordinance (2nd and 3rd readings) - enacting Section 10-35 of the City Code to permit the Comptroller to include fines and abatement costs on real property tax billing statements.

Ordinance • Ordinance (2nd and 3rd readings) - amending the City Code to 1) change the composition of the membership of the Neighborhood Advisory Commission; 2) provide that it meet bi-monthly with advance public notice; and 3) require that it provide guidance to the City regarding the Neighborhoods Matter Initiative.

  12. Order • Order authorizing the execution of a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the United Food and Commercial Workers, Local 1994, representing members of the Cumberland Police Department, to be effective retroactive to July 1, 2012 and through June 30, 2015.

  15. Ordinance • Ordinance (1st reading) – authorizing the temporary use of up to $1,500,000 in aggregate of unexpended proceeds from the 2008 General Obligation Public Improvement Bonds to meet temporary cash requirements of the General Fund in April, May or June, 2013.

  16. Ordinance • Ordinance (1st reading) - Repealing and reenacting Section 14-1 of the City Code pertaining to the removal or trimming of trees and vegetation.

  17. Order • Order authorizing the abatement of real estate taxes for City-owned property at 478 N. Baltimore Street for the years 2007-2012.

  18. Order • Order accepting the bid of If It's Water for the project "ADA Lift and ADA Handrails at Constitution Park Pool Project (05-12-RE)” in the lump sum amount of $12,150.00.

  19. Order • Order authorizing execution of a Grant Agreement with the MD Department of Transportation to accept $50,000 in funding to facilitate bicycle access improvements to the Amtrak Station in conjunction with the Cumberland Amtrak Entryway Improvement Project.
