  1. SOAPSTone Analysis With your group, complete the SOAPSTone Analysis for “Just Walk On By” by Brent Staples. For each of the SOAPSTone areas, select textual evidence to back up your inferences and observations. Your write-up of the analysis must be in paragraph form, with one paragraph (or more, if needed) for each area of the analysis (i.e. one paragraph for Speaker, one for Occasion, etc.) Incorporate your textual evidence into your paragraphs.
