  1. PROSPERITY Presented to the WIT group Co-authored & presented by Jim Gober & Joe Candia

  2. “Prosperity Thinking” • “Many discussions of prosperity confuse this important subject with one of prosperity’s components: Money. • And whenever the subject of money is discussed at any length, the discussion often shifts to and is dominated by another very popular and closely related subject: Lack of money. • The distinction I want to make is that money is only one of the many levels that define prosperity. • And Money or Lack of money is mostly a bi-product or a result of : “Prosperity Thinking and Being.” As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world... as in being able to remake ourselves. -- Mahatma Gandhi

  3. “Prosperity At Four Levels” Belief: Prosperity is multi-dimensional/level Physical, Social/ Emotional, Mental, Spiritual “Now that we’ve established that prosperity is multi-dimensional, let’s talk about how we can align ourselves with prosperity on many different levels.” • Carefully examine your life…Become a third party witness to your life • Be proactive, learn the laws of attraction • Begin with how you ideally would like it to be Stephen Covey says that all things are created twice: “First in our minds and then in our physical reality”

  4. “Prosperity Thinking” “Thinking & Feeling Prosperous” leads to its natural consequence “Being Prosperous”

  5. Circle of Influence vs. Concern Circle of Influence (a sense of control, empowerment) ego GOD Circle of Concern (living in a state of fear, panic, or depression)

  6. “WIN -WIN Thinking” Cooperation, not competition, is at the heart of win-win relationships. Win-win means agreements or solutions benefit and satisfy all parties-not your way or my way, but a better way (What is the higher purpose). See if these tips can help you get a better angle on win-win: • If you want others to see you as principle-centered –”Walk the Talk” • Speak out with courage and consideration, but first listen and allow others to express there concerns • Sharing prestige and recognition with others opens the doors for greater options, alternatives, and creativity.

  7. “Trust vs. Scarcity Mentality” Definition: Trust is an emotional strength that begins with a feeling of self-worth and purpose “Now that we’ve covered some concepts of prosperity thinking and being, what stops us from putting these concepts into use in our lives? Mainly, it comes down to two key areas: Trust, and overcoming our old, negative beliefs about prosperity. Which are mostly rooted in what I’ll refer to as the scarcity mentality (a sense of lack)expressed in all our previous attempts concerning discussions about money and prosperity thinking”

  8. The Basis of Trust In order for trust between two people to exist, it must be preceded by two essential qualities that nurture it, and help it to grow over time: 1.Understanding 2.Caring “An Important part of Caring is Sharing YOUR God given gifts”

  9. “Dare to Trust” Don't Be Defensive or Skeptical Trusting relationships expand and extend our capabilities beyond anything you would ever have thought possible, so don't wait for someone else to make the first move. Trust is the most reciprocal of feelings. If you show trust to another, that person is much more likely to show trust in return

  10. A Prosperity Parable An old Indian was teaching his grandson about life. "A fight is going on inside me," he said to the boy. "It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil -- he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, ego and FEAR." He continued: "The other is good -- he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and FAITH. This same fight is going on inside you -- and inside every other person, too." The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, "Which wolf will win?" The old man simply replied, "The one you feed.“ The question now is: Which path will you choose?
