  • 3,4 hectare, ca 12 000 vines, 25 year old

  • Steep south exposure, sand, chalk and basalt

  • 6 ton Pinot Gris, 12 ton Rhine Riesling, 1 ton Zeus (at yield of 5 ton / ha)

  • Ca 1,5 kg grapes / vine

  • 1 kg grapes -> 1 bottle of wine

  • Late harvest in end of October

  • 2 x 6 ton pressings with whole clusters

  • Slow pressing -> 3 quality fractions

  • Good year -> 2/3 premium & 1/3 ordinary wine

  • Slow and cold fermentation

  • Fully automatic bottling line
