IBIS-PH CoP • Development of the IBIS-PH web application began in Utah in the 1990’s. • National Community of Practice (CoP) guides IBIS-PH development. • Individual adopter states contribute to software application maintenance and fund feature development, customization. • Support from CoP makes it economical for New Mexico.
