Mechanical Changes • Automated actuation added as an independent study to work in conjunction with MSD II P10811 • Drawers shortened to account for automated actuation system • Workmate is to be able to rotate 90° • Considerations made to avoid debris in Workmate • Cover • Means of clearing • Drawer latch changed to a slimmer profile Ultimate Tailgate Prototype

  6. Electrical Changes • The cutoff signal for shifting out of park was decided to be taken from the vehicle computer instead of the neutral safety switch • A high impedance device needs to be inserted for charge evaluation to limit the current to the relay • Two fuses need to be inserted • One for the battery • One for the signal from the starter relay • The inverter is to be mounted as close to the battery as possible, inside the cab Ultimate Tailgate Prototype

  7. Electrical Changes • A “cigarette lighter” type outlet is to be put in the tailgate along with the outlets • The on/off switch is to be hardwired from the inputs to the tailgate Ultimate Tailgate Prototype
