  5. Idea lab PROCESS • Write ideas on post-its • Organize into categories • Vote on ideas • Top idea moves to development lab

  6. 20 MINUTES Idea lab CRITERIA • Meet theme: The Vanishing Minority Male in Higher Education • Applied district wide • Implemented within one year • Advance student success & learning

  7. Development lab 45 MINUTES PROCESS • Prototype idea • Select note-taker • Complete development lab • Develop two minute showcase

  8. SHOWCASE Each table will have TWO MINUTES to showcase their idea.

  9. refinement lab PROCESS • Vote for TWO different ideas by placing your dots in the appropriate voting box. • The top five ideas will be moved forward to the judges.
