Skype: osc_support sales@oscprofessionals.com Ph: +91-9225237076 2) HOW TO SET UP: 2.1 How to get Product Enquiry (Module): To get Product Enquiry you can Contact: support@oscprofessionals.com For payment you can Pay Pal Id: sales@oscprofessionals.com Once it all done we will contact you and will provide you all related files. 2.2 Process for Installing Product Enquiry Module: ▪ After Downloading the module, please unzip it. ▪ Use Ftp client (such as filezilla, cuteFTP etc) to copy or upload all folder of unzipped file into your Magento site root folder. This will not overwrite any existing files, just add new files to the folder structure. ▪ After uploading is done, log in to your Magento administration panel to refresh cache. Go to System --> Cache Management. Select all caches and take action “Refresh” then submit. ▪ In your Magento backend, please access System --> Configuration --> Advanced --> Advanced You can see the "Oscprofessionals_ProductEnquiry" tab, if it is installed properly. www.oscprofessionals.com

Setting Product Enquiry for Product: To set the product enquiry for a product go to Admin-->Product Enquiry-->Setting-->Oscprofessionals-->Product Enquiry-- >Email Option Here give the email address where you want the enquiry message to display in Send email to box. Also you can mention here the number of enquiry which you want to display on product page. Here you will have to mention the number of enquiry to be displayed. www.oscprofessionals.com

You have to go in edit and write proper comment for the question asked their and then select approved. After doing approved than only it will display for particular product. And if you keep it pending than it will not display after products. This is your choice whether you want to show particular comments for product. For that you have to select the product and there at the bottom it will display click here to Ask a question. After that you will have to create the account if first time user or if registered candidate can login directly. As here only registered customer can post a question.
