Introductions & a Question • Within a Group of 4 • In your small group, determine one question you have in common about the new Teacher and Principal Evaluation systems. • Whole Group • “Whip” around the room, getting each person’s name and position. • Final person relates the common question their team members have.   5. Hopes? Concerns? Select two ‘sticky notes’. On one, write a hope you have for the OESD TPEP RIG project. On the other, write a concern you have for the OESD TPEP RIG project. Share each with your small group, then choose two per team to place on the poster. Discuss as large group. What do you notice? OESD 114 RIG 2 - Session 1

Learning Targets for Today District team members will: • Understand the importance of norms and communication plans for functioning as a District and regional team. • Understand the purpose of the TPEP project and the RIG work. • Deepen individual and system awareness of the components of Washington State’s revised evaluation criteria for teachers and principals.
