Shipment Flow Inbound( Vendor to TPK )- incon term FOB from USA or Japan Forwarder confirmed shipping schedule and arrange pick up or notify vendor for schedule Move cargo by schedule, and forwarder send SA and doc to TPK TPK received doc. and SA and make update to purchase dept. Vendor received order from TPK and contact TPK nominated forwarder TPK use doc. to arrange customs clearance with China customs Move cargo into factory ETA date of Xiamen Day 1 Day 1 PM to Day 2 Vessel closing date of vessel 1 day after vessel sails Second day release by customs Time Frame( Japan 10 days , USA 30 days)
