  1. All About SPINAL STENOSIS The spine is composed of several vertebrae stacked over each other. Various muscles, ligaments and intervertebral disks provide stability to the spine. The spinal nerve passes through a narrow canal (spinal canal) and transmits nerve impulses to the entire body. In some cases, this channel is narrowed because of a bony outgrowth and puts pressure on the spinal cord. The condition is termed as Spinal Stenosis. CAUSES Aging Arthritis Spinal Injury Bone Overgrowth Thickened Ligaments Physical Therapy SYMPTOMS Lumbar Traction Spinal Fusion Laminectomy Back Pain Anti-Inflammatory Medication Pain In Buttocks Numbness In Legs Weakness In Legs TREATMENT Difficulty In Balancing Bladder Dysfunction Presented By www.orthotexas.com Allen, Carrollton, Denton, Flower Mound, Frisco, Lewisville, McKinney, Plano Image Source: www.freepik.com
