Home Page Features • Home Page will display the Events which are Upcoming events and the Past events happening in the Country • All the Events are connected to Gallery and information with place and small report • PROCESS: [If any events needs to be published then it should be sent to SadrSb/NaibSb in Form So that it can be published on the site. Only Zonal Level Events or National Level Events to be listed here after Approval]. With login Events can be uploaded and Sadrsb to be notified through mail for approval • TOLL FREE number • Search Option to search the content on the website

They will be Guidelines for All Qaideens as per the Khuddam Calendar.

Others if not aware how to do it should learn and start sending report ONLINE rather than on papers. • Coming few years there is program to add the Reporting in different languages. Attachments can also be added PROCESS TO GET LOGIN • The Reporting is connected to the LOGIN page • Login Request from the site will be sent to SadrSb for Approval and once approved a mail is sent to the Qaid/Zonal Qaid • Zonal Qaid can view the Reports of Qaadims Under him

Can be downloaded from the site • All Khudams and Atfal to study the Lah-e-amal and follow the same. Before report Lah-e-amal should be read with Majlis-e-aamela members. • Tajneed, Budget and AtfalForms for download Added in Various Languages

  16. Future Scope – Next Phase • SMS Gateway for all jamaats to be built- to start with Bangalore. For Khuddams on Mobile as well as on E Mails. Require support on Mobile Numbers and E Mail IDs from all over India. • Separate pages to be provided for each States to have their local information.
