BREEAM International Schemes: Communities • Helps to improve, measure and certify the sustainability of project proposals at planning stage • Helps local authorities, developers, planners and urban designers to take account of the full range of issues that must be considered from the earliest stages of the development process • Can be applied to projects all over the world through the use of compliant assessment methodologies
