  5. Observations The MEC Group has done over 94000 observations YTD… 94% of those were acceptable… which is over 88000 ACCEPTABLE observations!!! Contractors have done over 1.6 millionSOIC observations YTD… 93.5% of those were acceptable… which is over 1.5 millionACCEPTABLE observations!!! DOW RESTRICTED

  20. POSITIVE RECOGNITION • Miken: B-7200 Scaffold crew did a great job tower mole sieve change out job at LHC-7. Work was done promptly and safely.-Recognized by Justin Green • Brand: B7000/B6800- Insulators performed outstanding during 2 week shutdown. Crews works safely and efficiently. Received no unacceptable observations during S/D.- Recognized by Joe Rosales • Piling: B2000-Crew moved heavy cranes w/out incidents.   21. Reminders • Emergency Drill Participation: Contractors working within operating facilities MUST participate in Emergency Drills when announced. Continuing to work or driving off is unacceptable behavior! • Start Strong Stay Strong: Daily messages will start on January 2nd-10th.
