Year end closeout of commodities sy 13 14

YEAR END CLOSEOUT OF COMMODITIES SY 13-14

Use your commodities before the school year ends.

Even though it’s acceptable, there should be no need this year to store commodities over the summer at your distributor’s warehouse.

If you intend to leave commodities with your distributor, YOU MUST…

Submit HOLD FORM to our office and distributor.

Order your items for SY 14-15 through the online

ordering system before the end of SY 13-14.

If not, your food will become part of the EOY inventory

that we transfer to someone else.
