Market analysis • Our niche market are people that don’t like waking up in the morning and people that hate the traditional loud beeps and buzzes. • Perfect for senior citizens, children, teens,adults and people that have to wake up early for jobs or other activities, or any other person that does not like to wake up early. • We will manufacture our product and sell them in a retail store.

  4. Vibrates to wake you up Our product can be seasonal by introducing new holiday designs. It is immune because people will always want a watch to tell what time It or look stylish. Our product can be resilient when people feel the need that they need the watch to wake up early and become dependent on it. Our product is elastic because our sales will depend on how we price our product because we are a new company Tangible benefits: its affordable, you wake up earlier and in a better mood. Intangible benefits: it will make you feel better about waking up early in the morning, more energetic, and make you have a better nights sleep. Our product wakes you up by vibrating not by loud noises that can be annoying. This will give us a competitive advantage over our competition. Competition • Timex and armitron mainly focus on supplying their customers with affordable watches and fossil mainly focuses on supplying their customers with more expensive watches. • At first we could reasonably price our products to gain customer loyalty then after a while raise our prices to gain market share • Our watches offer you the ability to wake up in the morning without annoying noises. This innovative feature will give us a competitive advantage over the rest of these companies.
