  2. Just So You Know… • Your BIG POWERPOINT should be turned into Edmodo. • Upload ALL of your items to GOOGLE DRIVE: • Your timeline • Your Story • Your Powerpoint • Your pictures • We will use your BIG Powerpoint to create an iMovie.

  3. Objectives Today, we will begin turning Powerpointinto an iMovie! So here we go… • Open your Powerpoint. • Screenshot each slide. • Open iMovie • Create New Event • Take slide screenshots, drag and drop to copy into iMovie. • Adjust transitions • Add music

  5. Storyboard & Sound Effects • Go to Edmodo. • Check out 2 items: • There is a storyboard pdf for you. There are 11 pages to explain what a storyboard is and how it should be used. • Upload to your google drive if you want. • Sound effect story with a link to a good example.

  8. Need to Know… • Plan to work for this week. • Capitalization, spelling, punctuation… ASK YOUR TEAM. • Don’t wait for me to approve your work. If you believe in it. Write the storyboard, I will see it then = approve or bounce for clarification. • Be specific w/ storyboard! • What is the objective? • Who is involved? • Where will you BE? • How long will you be THERE? • What equipment will you need? BE reasonable. Share! • Practice, practice, practice – It should take no more than 3 takes. OTHERS ARE WAITING TO SHOOT!

NEED TO KNOW CONT. • 10 minute rule… set phone alarms or don’t leave. • Walkie talkies… • Download and NAME videos – ASAP – when you return. • Your videos are getting lost in a pile of stuff… • Your team shoots, YOUR TEAM can edit. Gain the experience yourselves. • Utilize the green screen. Lighting is spectacular!

Ask your partners or GOOGLE IT. • When grading the work, I must be able to “see” what you did…
