KOREMATSU COULD BE CONSIDERED A THREAT TO AMERICA’S SECURITY4. ALL JAPANESE LIVING IN THE UNITED STATES WERE SPYING FOR JAPAN AT THE BEGINNING OF WORLD WAR 2.5. NATIVE AMERICANS HAD CAUSE TO ATTACK SETTLERS MOVING WEST.6 MR KOREMATSU WAS GIVEN EQUAL PROTECTION OF THE LAWS.7. THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION SHOULD APPLY EQUALLY TO ALL CITIZENS.8. DUE PROCESS OF LAW SHOULD BE IGNORED DURING A WARTIME EMERGENCY.9. IT WAS RIGHT TO PAY BACK JAPANESE WHO WERE INTERRED DURING WORLD WAR 2.10. THINGS HAVE CHANGED FOR THE BETTER SINCE THE TRAIL OF TEARS AND THE KOREMATSU CASE.
