Petits pains briochés – pépites de chocolat Ingrédients : 400g de farine- 1 cuillère à café de levure de boulanger 140 ml d’eau - 100 ml de lait 20g de beurre- 30 g de sucre 60g de pépites de chocolat noir, blanc ou lait (ou les 3!), ou pistoles concassées Délayer la levure dans de l’eau tiède Mélanger tous les ingrédients sauf le chocolat - Pétrir Laisser gonfler 1h30 Re-pétrir en ajoutant le chocolat - Former des boules Re-laisser gonfler pendant 30 mn Faire cuire au four (240°) jusqu’à ce que les petits pains soit bien doré Fiche recetteLe pain www.centpourcenttoque.fr http://mamanstoquees.canalblog.com/
