  5. clso Closings • Improvement goals Eliminate backlog of 5400+ budgets Close budgets within 120 days of expiration • Time savings to campus Eliminate monitoring of expired budgets Eliminate multiple requests to close Prevent late charges Resolve issues while memories are fresh and records are current Allow quick transfer of balances and deficits to renewals MRAM May 2010 5
