  • What have you learned (concerning entrepreneurship)?

  • How did it benefit your enterprise?  

  • Plenum: explain the workshop and create groups

  • Five groups

  • One theme per group (financial, sales & marketing, operational, HR, general)

  • Per group

  • Every participant proposes 2 “lessons learned”

  • The group selects a top 5, expressed in one-liners

  • Write result on flipchart

  • Plenum: presentation of top 5 most interesting lessons learned & best practices for each group (theme)

  • Write result on 2 flipcharts: what advice would you give to new Plato groups (Do’s & Don’ts)?

  • Plenum: presentation of conclusions for each group
