    1. Loan Officer Certification - Criteria How are Certified Loan Officers Chosen ? Certified Loan Officers must: Be a member of a dedicated LendingTree team Meet minimum conversion rate and closing thresholds Meet customer feedback and satisfaction requirements Participate in LendingTree sanctioned training (effective 2005) This session satisfies training requirement for certification in 2005.
