Tribal Liaison: Mary Otto Mary is an enrolled tribal member of White Earth Band of Chippewa Born and raised on the White Earth Indian Reservation, Mary has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a Masters degree in Tribal Administration and Governance Mary worked for the White Earth Reservation for seven years prior to her employment at Commerce as Tribal Liaison As liaison Mary is responsible for the coordination and implementation of Consultation between Tribal leaders and the Commissioner of Commerce.
