Documentation Each course Course Coordinator, Lead instructor, Assisting Instructors Lead instructor to email NRP Course Roster to central IAP office with copy to Co-state Coordinator, Zonal Coordinator IAP office will send certificates/cards to course coordinator for distribution to participants System is essential to maintain record

Documentation Lead instructor to keep Roster form and Master Recording Sheet for 3 years Course coordinator to keep signed attendance sheet and individual recording sheets/answer sheets of each participant for one year.
