The purpose of the Committee is to study District issues related to the grade level configuration of our schools as we consider re-opening a third site in the District.  The Committee serves in an Advisory capacity to the school board and will make a recommendation to the Governance Team in late fall/early winter. This section will provide you with regular updates on discussions, materials, and progress of the Committee. The Committee meets bi-weekly as a work group and will also report publicly at least once a month in Open Session at Board of Trustees meetings.  There are opportunities for public input as follows: 1.  Email the configuration committee (each member receives a copy of the email which will be discussed at meetings);2.   Add comments to the configuration committee blog on this website; and, 3.  Attend scheduled Larkspur-Corte Madera Board of Trustees meetings and give input during the Facilities agenda item.We value and encourage your thoughts and ideas.  We are committed to doing our research, studying the issues, listening to our community and making a recommendation to the board based on our thoughtful processes.
