  4. Objective The objective is to provide the technical advisory and consulting services to design an integrated Labor Market Information System (LMIS) and Career Guidance Services (CGS) in Mongolia Labor Market Information System & Career Guidance Services Development Project 4

  5. Expected Outputs Labor Market Information System & Career Guidance Services Development Project A Labor Market Information System (LMIS) has been established. Responsibilities and procedures for data collection, data analysis and for the management of the system are clearly defined. The necessary software and hardware are recommended (and provided). Technical Specification for ICT security implemented The necessary capacity building has been provided to ensure the sustainability of the LMIS. 5

  6. Expected Outputs contd. Labor Market Information System & Career Guidance Services Development Project User-friendly career guidance services are supplied by a countrywide network of providers. Responsibilities and procedures for the CGS are clearly defined. Competent career guidance counselors are able to deliver professional and job counseling services for job seekers, students and graduates On-line career guidance services are available for job seekers. Job seekers are aware that the CGS exists and use it appropriately. 6
