Conditions: • Voluntary framework: transnational cooperation; • Different countries and different learning situations; • Qualifications in terms of learning outcomes, associated with ECVET points; • Preservation of NQS;

What is EQF? • a common European reference framework which links countries' qualifications systems together; • a translation device to make qualifications more readable; Conditions: • Voluntary framework: transnational cooperation; • 8 levels, described in terms of learning outcomes (regardless of where qualification were acquired): • labour market and education; • non-formal and informal learning; • different countries and education and training systems.
