  1. RESTORING THE JOY OF MARRIAGE THE BEGINNING AFTER THE HONEY MOON JOHN 2:1-10

  2. RESTORING THE JOY OF MARRIAGE JOHN 2:1-10 VS.1-2 Jesus and the disciples are called to the marriage. -The fact that Jesus was called to the marriage says that the marriage was already going on without him. #WHY WASN’T JESUS THERE FROM THE BEGINNING?

  3. RESTORING THE JOY OF MARRIAGE JOHN 2:1-10 VS.3 They ran out of wine. -Wine is a symbol of JOY. #Whenever Jesus is not in the marriage, it will soon run out of joy/happiness. VS.3-5 Jesus’ mother asked him to make more wine. -VS.5 His mother tells the servants to do whatever Jesus says. #To restore the joy, WE MUST OBEY JESUS!

  4. RESTORING THE JOY OF MARRIAGE JOHN 2:1-10 VS.6-9 Jesus turns water into wine. -Water is a symbol of life. #When we obey Jesus, he turns life’s everyday situations into JOY. #We don’t need a new marriage to have joy; God can bring JOY out of our current marriage when we obey him.

  5. RESTORING THE JOY OF MARRIAGE JOHN 2:1-10 VS.10 The best wine was the latter wine. -Regardless of how bad the marriage started; when we obey Jesus, the latter joy of marriage is greater than the former joy of marriage.
