Proposal submission: CD-Rom File names • 1 Excel file named: “forms_A1_A3_coordinator.xls” • One Excel file for each applicant (coordinator included) named:“form_applicant_01.xls”, “form_applicant_02.xls” etc.(01 for the coordinator, 02 etc for the other applicants)Use the same applicant number in the file name as in the A2 form contained in the file • PDF file named:“[project acronym]_part_B.pdf” eContentplus Infoday 2006
