PBS Implementation Checklist (PIC) • Purpose: • To provide a school-based RtIB team with a “snapshot” of the degree to which PBS is being implemented on campus. • Tier 1 Critical Elements • Tiers 2 and 3 • Completed twice a year (October and February) • Guides action planning steps and team activities

  13. Review purpose of PIC. Click ‘Proceed’. Complete the PIC PBS Coach scores the PIC having knowledge and experience with the team. Takes ~15 minutes to read/score 44 items.

  14. Rate Each Item: 2-Yes1-Sometimes 0-No. Select your name.If not listed, select “Other” Tier 1

  15. Tier 2: Questions 28-34 Answer allItems, even if your school is not implementing Tier 2 supports.

  16. Tier 3 : Questions 35-44 Answer allItems, even if your school is not fully implementing Tier 3 supports.

  17. Saving and Submitting PIC Data You MUSTclick “Submit” for the data to be entered. If you wish to print a copy, do so BEFOREsubmitting.

  18. After submitting, you will receive this message verifying the data has been entered.

  19. After submission, the data entry menu will read ‘Completed’. Click ‘View’ to see the completed instrument.
