  6. 少年常見毒品 犯罪樣態 施用： （1）因身邊朋友吸毒，禁不起同儕的慫恿與壓力，所以大家一起吸毒嗑藥。 （2）PUB、餐廳、KTV等場所集體嗑藥助興，不嗑就high不起來、玩電動、泡網咖、賭博、打工等長期熬夜，以施用毒品提神。 （3）女性吸毒少年常用施用禁藥來減肥瘦身，或陪男朋友一起吸毒嗑藥以示忠誠。

  7. 組織犯罪、幫派 組織犯罪定義： 依組織犯罪防制條例第2條規定，係指三人以上、有內部管理結構、以犯罪為宗旨或以其成員從事犯罪活動，具有集團性、常習性及脅迫性或暴力性之組織。
