  2. BiographyAngel Richardson was born and raised in Garner, NC. She now lives in Zebulon, NC with her husband and best friend of 20 years, William. The two of them met while working. Angel, a police officer and William an EMT. They met on a call and have been together every since. They havetwo children, Krysti, who is 28 and Kevin, who is 25. She is the proud grandmother of two grandson’s. Dakota is 8 and Nathan is 5,and they are the apple of her eye.Angel comes from a very strong military background. Her father, as well as, her brothers were Navy Seals, her son is an MP in the Army, and her son-in-law is also in the Army. She loves to assist military brides-to-be and make this the most special day in their life. She loves family and friends and loves to entertain. Angel enjoysworking out, biking, hiking, reading and spending time with her dog (Tonka) who is a St. Bernard weighing 200 pounds. Tonka is to Angel her child still living at home. She has a tremendous passion for planning beautiful romantic dream weddings.. She feels the goal should be to make everyone take a breath when they enter the venue, even if it is a backyard wedding . Every couple deserves their dream wedding. Planning a wedding can be very intimidating and couples have a lot going on in their lives, and they need help with their once in a lifetime event. She loves to make everyone feel special on their special day !Angel is a certified Wedding and Event Planner. She received her certification from Lovegevity Wedding Planning Institute and is also a certified travelagent. She has 10 years experience and is looking forward to many more !!!

  13. Anticipation I will contact all vendors participating in the Grand Opening to give details and times of set up and confirm their participation. Flyers will be dispersed to all local businesses. I will extend invitations by way of social media as well. WRAL channel 5 news will receive the 30 second sound bite. This news channel offers free advertising to local businesses for special events. A press release will be sent to the News and Observer and The East Wake Times. Social media will also be used such as: Face book, twitter, Instagram, my website: easyelegance@weddingsandevents.com , pintrest, and linkedin, Family and friends most definitely will be invited personally.

  16. Arrival Upon the guest arriving there will be a gorgeous floating canopy sure to catch the eye of everyone attending. There will be an amazing amount of parking so parking should not be an issue. When the guest enter the foyer of the event they will sign in and receive a name tag and if they have RSVP’ed they will receive their raffle ticket for the wedding dress give away held by David’s Bridal. The registration table will also have an area for donations to the Wounded Worrier Project. I will introduce myself and welcome each guest to the event. I will then direct them to the beverage station located just inside the double door entry to the event.

  17. Atmosphere The décor setting will be pink and white flowers, silver, and glass. Each table will have a pink base table cloth over laid with a white lace shimmering lace table cloth. There will be center pieces with pink and white flowers in glass vases, as well as, glass candle holders filled with pink flower petals and topped with a white candle. The flooring as you enter the venue is white marble with dark hard wood flooring on either side. (The DJ will be set up at the opposite end of the entrance doors.) The flooring will double as a dance floor.) The vendor stations will outline the walls along the perimeter. The setting is elegant and relaxing . The guest can sit and relax in tables set up on either side of the marble flooring .

  18. Amusement There will be a wide variety of vendors on site. The hair and make up vendor will be implementing several make overs, as well as, giving a few tips and offering the brides to be discounts on wedding day packages. There will be a DJ on site to keep the mood interjectic . He will also be offering discount packages and will have a few wedding CD’s available at a discounted rate. We will also have a photo booth set up for the guest to add a little fun and be a little silly. Lets not forget the raffle for a Vera Wang wedding dress. This is sponsored by David’s Bridal and Easy Elegance. Before and After make over DJ’s Corner Memorable pics in the photo booth

Appetite Just a Few Of our vendors and samples Sweet Magnolia, Rocky Mount Offering samples of cookies, cakes, chocolates for all guests Sugar Britches Cakes, Zebulon Offering samples of cakes, pies and cookies Mitchells Catering, Raleigh Offering beverages and meatballs, sausage balls, hushpuppies, etc.

  20. Appreciation Each guest will receive a gift bag consisting of two wine glasses, a candle, a bag of M&M’s with Easy Elegance written on them. In their gift bag there will also be a business card and a packet of information with Easy Elegance package deals and what we offer. The guest will receive samples and discounts from several of the vendors as well.

  21. Philanthropic Opportunity Easy Elegance holds the military and our wonderful country is the highest regard. We will be accepting donations for the Wounded Worriers Project. These donations will go to the wounded soldiers and their families. My son is on the left..
