In Preparation for your Hill Visits • Each state delegation will receive a customized packet of materials. • If there are additional materials you want added, please let us know in advance of your meetings. • Inform your State Delegation Leader (or CFED Government Affairs staff) if your availability for Hill Visits suddenly changes. • Connect with other members of your state delegation in advance of the conference.

Schedule leading up to Hill Visits • Thursday, September 20 • Capitol Hill Visits Training Session from 11:00am – 12:15pm • Friday, September 21 • Buses depart hotel at 2:10pm • Hill Visits scheduled between 3:00-4:30pm • Optional briefing at 3:00 from Senate Democratic Leadership staff • The Poverty Summit will start after Hill Visits–you can do both!
