  1. Best Way to Reduce Depression: Exercise Depression is a very dangerous thing. Depression is nothing but a mood disorder. Its characteristics are low mood and a feeling of sadness and loss of interest. It is a persistent problem. Diagnosis of depression is very important. You can take clinical help for effective treatment. Nowadays it is common problem. Due to the wrong lifestyle, people of all ages are prone to depression. Most of the time people ignore this problem. There is a difference between sadness and depression. Sadness is one of the symptoms of depression. Long duration sadness is not good for anyone’s mental health. It is an early indication of clinical depression. It is not easy to come out of depression if you are suffering from severe depression. But coming out of depression is not impossible. Exercise is very effective on depression. Regular exercise may help to come out from depression and anxiety. Regular exercise release feel-good endorphins and other natural brain chemicals . These Chemicals can enhance your sense of well-being. Yoga is also helpful to cure depression. Yoga is a physical exercise. It involves different body poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. This therapy may help with depression and your symptoms, such as difficulty concentrating or loss of energy. By doing regular yoga you can stay calm and relaxed in daily life. Yoga can also give you the mental strength to face stress giving situations. Yoga practice ideally includes Asanas (body postures), Pranayam (Breathing exercise) and meditation. All these three things will give you new positivity and strength. 1)Asanas -Paschimottanasana (Two-Legged Forward Bend) -Matsyasana (Fish Pose) -Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose)

Avoid unnecessary thoughts which are the main cause of anxiety. 2)Pranayama (Breathing Exercise) -Kapal Bhati Pranayama (Skull-Shining Breathing technique) -Bhastrika Pranayama -Nadi Shodhan Pranayama (Alternate Nostril Breathing) -Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath) 3) Meditation It can be an excellent technique to relax a distracted mind.
