  1. Welcome to the “City of Dreaming Spires”(and insufferable traffic) Registration • 08:30 – 09:30 today • 08:30 – 09:00 tomorrow • Coffee times today & tomorrow • If you haven’t done so already, please pay registration fee (& for dinner if coming)

  2. TEA & COFFEE • Coffee & Tea • Outside in foyer • 10:30 – 11:00 • 16:00 – 16:30 (15:30 – 16:00 today) • Please – No food and/or drink in Lecture Theatre • or I’ll get the cleaning bill

  3. LUNCHES • You are on your own.... • Small cafeteria here on level 5 • Could not cope with influx of extra 30 – 40 people • Many, many eating opportunities within half a mile or less • Sandwiches • Sit down... • One and a half hours allowed on Wednesday • May need to shorten lunch breaks on Thursday & Friday

  5. MEETING DINNER (Thursday) • Keble College ~ 200 yards from here • 7:00 for drinks; 7:20 for dinner • Please don’t be late 1 spare place available; might squeeze in 2 veggies (tbd – can’t promise)

AGENDA & TALKS • Should all have ‘OWL’ accounts & WiFi access • Please upload talks to agenda page via http://www.physics.ox.ac.uk/MICECM30/index.asp • If you don’t have an Indico a/c, see Victoria, Chris Tunnell or me, • Some minor changes to agenda made yesterday • In particular: • Collaboration board 17:00 – 18:30 Thursday • allowed extra 1/2 hour; must finish on time!
