NAME: ___________________________________________ DATE: ______/_______/_______ Math-8 weekly SOL Practice Assignment:As part of our preparation for the upcoming SOL test, you will complete 10 on-line practice questions from the “Jefferson Lab” website EACH WEEK. These can be completed during resource, math class (if time allows), computer lab at school, library at school, or from home (anywhere where you have access to a computer). Will it be graded? Yes (See chart ): What happens if I don’t complete my 10 questions for the week? You will receive a “Z” for zero in the grade-book. What is the weekly deadline? Questions must be completed and submitted by 8 am each Monday morning in order to be considered on time! You may submit an assignment late for partial credit. You may not “guess” just to receive credit. Program will also tell me how much time you spent on each assessment.! FOLLOW BELOW DIRECTIONS COMPLETELY. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FOR COMPLETING ASSIGNMENT!! If you get a question incorrect, click on “Read Explanation” to help you correctly answer similar questions later on.

  2. SUBMITTING YOUR SCORE: IF YOU RECEIVE A LOW SCORE, FEEL FREE TO RE-DO THE QUIZ AS MANY TIMES AS YOU NEED TO. I WILL RECORD THE HIGHEST SCORE E-MAILED TO ME– AS LONG AS IT COMES IN BEFORE THE WEEKLY DEADLINE!! Good luck! I know you’ll do a great job!!
