  4. Garden Roof: Installing the Garden Roof • Materials • Install flashing • Fluid applied membrane waterproofing: continuous rate • Install elastomeric sheet to reinforce cracks, joints, penetrations and roof drains • Apply second layer of membrane waterproofing

Garden Roof: Installing the Garden Roof • Materials • Waterproofing and insulation must be properly installed • Substrate must be properly prepared • Environmental conditions: • Substrate must be stored in a dry place between 50 and 90 degrees F out of the sun. • For colder weather, the product must be at least 50 degrees F for 2 days prior.
