  1. MagicLink Business Proposal for VoIP Providers

  2. What is “MagicLink”? MagicLink is a service that allows any Internet user to call your customers just by clicking on a normal hyperlink. No need to install any special software. Calls are free to the caller, and completely anonymous for both parties. This easy but powerful solution provides any business with a fast and convenient contact point for customers around the corner or around the world. If the business provides services for different countries, MagicLink is an especially ideal solution because there is no cost to the customers for international calling. : • How it works: • The VoIP provider offers its customers a new service MagicLink as a part of the “Unlimited” calling plan. • The VoIP provider’s customer places the MagicLink in the signature of the Email, on his website, in the contact information, on a social network etc. • Any user can now contact the VoIP provider’s customer for free with one mouse click from an Internet-connected computer anywhere in the world. Web-based calling and callback services are available. • All the while both the sender's and the recipient's anonymity is preserved. MagicLink is the key to the world of unlimited communication Integration of Voice Services

  3. How this benefits the customer: • The anonymity of their contacts is preserved – their telephone number is not visible. • Provides the opportunity for friends and associates to call the customer for free from any country. • Usage is based on a fixed monthly fee with no per-minute charges • Service works on any computer, tablet PC or smartphone. If the device does not support Flash technology (including the iPhone and iPad), then the call is made using callback technology. Integration of Voice Services

  4. How it works: make a direct call MagicLink in the signature of an email. By clicking on it a pop-up window appears allowing to: request a call back if the microphone is not connected Integration of Voice Services

How this benefits the VoIP provider: • Creates an additional service without initial investment – increases customer loyalty. • “Unlimited” calling plans become more attractive for customers. • Adds competitive advantage over other VoIP providers. • Fast and easy implementation that only takes a few hours – no need to spend time and resources on development. • During a conversation, your advertising information is shown to the caller – who is a potential customer, since it's likely that the caller is not using your VoIP services. • VoIP traffic exchange. You can pay for “MagicLink” service by your VoIP traffic according to your wholesale rates. No contracts and money transfers are required. Integration of Voice Services
