  14. Evaluierung der Proposal Die Kommission organisiert die Evaluierung SIE sind die Evaluatoren oder Ihre Kollegen!!!! (unabhängige Experten, keine Kommissionsbeamten) Punktevergabe durch die Evaluatoren Reihung der Proposal gemäß erreichter Punkte INTERESSIERT ? Bitte anmelden :https://cordis.europa.eu/emmfp7 Es ist eine sehr gute Gelegenheit als Evaluator mit dem 7RP zu beginnen !!! (bestmögliches „how to write a proposal“ Training)

Erfolgskriterien • Folgendes muß sehr gut sein : • Projektidee (innovativ, wissenschaftlich excellent, etc.) • Coordinator und Partner (erfolgreiche “Vorgeschichte”, etc.) • Proposal (Darstellung des Projektes - “Verkaufen”) • Worum geht es ? • Warum macht man das ? (auf europ. Ebene) • Wer hat den Nutzen ? • Wer macht was ? • Was kostet das ?

Erfahrungen - DO NOT, BE NOT • Zu ambitioniert, zu komplex um glaubhaft zu sein (keine Science Fiction) • Schwierig zu lesen (unstrukturiert, umständliche Ausdrucksweise) • Unklar, chaotisch • Nicht relevant für den Call und das Work Programme • Geht nicht über den Stand der Technik hinaus (breakthrough) • Ziele, Methoden, Umsetzung unklar => wie die Ziele erreicht werden fehlt • Ergebnisse weder klar noch quantifiziert • Keine Verwertung • Alle Ergebnisse am Projektende, keine Zwischenergebnisse • Unrealistische Kostenangaben • Unausgewogenes Konsortium, “Alibi” Partner oder fehlende Kompetenzen • Management Struktur & Prozesse unklar => wie werden “harte” Entscheidungen getroffen ?
