  11. ROTARY CLUB CENTRAL - DEMONSTRATION Your personal donor history report will only be accessible by you.

  12. ROTARY CLUB CENTRAL - DEMONSTRATION Your personal donor history report show total giving by fund and level of giving, i.e EREY, SM, PHF, MD.

  14. ROTARY CLUB CENTRAL - DEMONSTRATION For points shows number of points and if they came in or went out and who from or to. Transaction view shows contribution date, what fund and amount

  15. ROTARY CLUB CENTRAL - DEMONSTRATION For club overview highlight “Club View”, Foundation Giving and Club name (If on District staff).

  17. ROTARY CLUB CENTRAL - DEMONSTRATION Chart shows information for current and previous 4 RYs Annual Funds Trend chart will depict club’s RY goal, % achieved; and per capita and total amount donated to date.

  18. ROTARY CLUB CENTRAL - DEMONSTRATION Annual Fund chart shows total given in previous RY, goal for current RY and year to date donations. Goals can be set or modified by the Immediate Past President, Current President or President Elect for their RY by highlighting their year and clicking on the “Edit” button.

  19. ROTARY CLUB CENTRAL - DEMONSTRATION Goals are shown for previous RY, goal for current RY and next RY. Goals can be set or modified by the Immediate Past President, Current President or President Elect for their RY by clicking on the “Edit” button.

  20. ROTARY CLUB CENTRAL - DEMONSTRATION Club President, Secretary and Foundation Chair can access the Club Recognition Summary by clicking on “Club Recognition Summary” in the Foundation Giving Reports window

ROTARY CLUB CENTRAL – CLUB RECOGNITION REPORT Can be used to determine how close to next level of recognition Has the member contributed during the current RY The Club Recognition Summary key data are member’s name, Recognition amount (dollars given and points received, Current PHF level, Recognition points available, month and year of last contribution, Benefactor or not and Rotary Direct or not.

  23. ROTARY CLUB CENTRAL – DISTRICT MONTHLY SUMMARY The Monthly Contribution Report is where the District obtains data on the clubs’ giving status.

  24. MY ROTARY - DEMONSTRATION To use Rotary Direct to make a donation click on “Give”

  26. ROTARY DIRECT - DEMONSTRATION “Select which fund and sub fund. In this case the fund is “Annual Fund” and the sub-fund is “Annual Fund-Share”

  27. ROTARY DIRECT - DEMONSTRATION Once Fund and sub-fund are selected click on “continue”

  28. ROTARY DIRECT - DEMONSTRATION Select frequency of donating and amount, then click on “Continue”

  29. ROTARY DIRECT - DEMONSTRATION Select payment type, billing information will autopopulate and click on “Continue””

  30. ROTARY DIRECT - DEMONSTRATION Review summary and click on “Continue””

  31. ROTARY DIRECT - DEMONSTRATION Fill in credit card information and click on “Continue” The next page will ask you to review and then click on “Submit” to make donation.
