Presentation Transcript

  1. Portfolio Reminders • You must turn in both a print and electronic copy of your entire portfolio. • I will provide you with a paper folder for your print version. Don’t forget to make a cover. • All items must be present and in the order they appear on the checklist – neatness and organization count.

  2. Portfolio Reminders • When Printing PowerPoint presentations • Make sure to change the setting in the print menu to ‘handouts’ 6per page • DO NOT PRINT EACH SLIDE ON A SEPARATE PAGE. • Ask for help if you are not sure how to do this

  3. Portfolio Reminders • Your electronic version must be in a clearly marked folder called English 9 Portfolio in your student drive. • Only items on the checklist should appear in your portfolio. No other items should be in here. • If you are having trouble finding documents – check your email. If you emailed it to me, it should still be in your sent items

  4. Portfolio Reminders • All items should be in the order in which they appear on the checklist. You should be able to drag items within your folder to move them into the proper order. • You should make a folder in your Portfolio folder for all of the You’ve Got Mail documents • If you need to scan documents, the easiest way to do this is to take a picture of the document with your phone or an iPad. You can email the file to yourself and upload it to your portfolio.

  5. General Reminder • Your Portfolio replaces a final exam in English. It is worth 300 points. • All 4th MP work is due by Friday May 30th. The only assignments I will accept beginning June 2nd are the Advocacy presentation and your Portfolio.
