What’s Next • Staff Evaluation – Details • Staff Evaluation Elements • In the Staff Demographics & Employment File • Items 53-55 • Evaluation Date – must be in valid date format • Definition: For Teachers and Principals, the date when their evaluation is expected to be final. NOTE: Optional until March 2011 • Evaluation Results – choose from option set • Definition: For Teachers and Principals, if the evaluation is complete (evaluation date is in the past) then what is the performance level from the evaluation. NOTE: Optional until March 2011 • Student Performance Considered - Y/N/X option set • Definition: For Teachers and Principals, is student performance or student growth included in the staff members evaluation. NOTE: Optional until March 2011
